Congratulations to Ken Theroux and crew on receiving the $250 award and plaque for 1st place in the Non Commercial category.
The parade judges included local individual - Mr Gary Romanchuk, Mr Connor Hogg CTV News Reporter and St. Albert Councillor Shelley Biermanski, all supported by Mr Rick Ell, long time K40 Members. All floats were judged on float preparation effort, novelty appeal and your participant enthusiasm.
