Sad news

 Hello everyone,

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this note.
On June 2, 2021 Ken Okerman passed away.
He was a real advocate for Sturgeon Rural Crime Watch and spent many volunteer hours promoting our association.
Sincere heartfelt sympathy to Ken's family.

    Keeping in touch

     Hello members,

    Hope you are doing well.
I recently checked into being able to meet in person.
We are only allowed 10 people -distant meeting.

    We thought of meeting outside.

If any one has any ideas as to how we could get together, please let us know.
I could certainly use help with all of this, be it a virtual meeting, a zoom meeting.
Can you help with any of this?

There have been reports of gasoline theft, please be on the look out for unusual activities.
    PLEASE report to the RCMP.
Even if it seems minor, they need to know. It may be related to activities they are working on.

We are here to help our RCMP and our Peace Officers.

    Viviane Pezer
    President SRCWA

    11 February 2021

     Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is managing during these very different times.

I am Viviane Pezer , now acting President for Sturgeon Rural Crime Watch.
Just to let you know that we are still operating and doing our best.
It has been so different, not being able to meet, not being able to be at  public events that were not held because of Covid.
As so many other organizations, we have been doing things via phone, email and distant contact, when possible.

It is with the dedicated help of our volunteers that we continue to operate.

We are looking for people who would like to volunteer for President , Secretary, Treasurer and some zone reps. IF you would like to help in any area, please contact us.

Please do not hesitate to contact the RCMP if there is something suspicious going on,  please continue being the eyes and the ears, watch, listen and report to the RCMP.
It is with your help that we strive to be a safer community.

Let us know if you are in need of new signs.

IF you know of any member not getting this email, please let me know.

Thank you for being a member !

    Viviane
