The following is an update since our last meeting in January.
My first reminder is that the income tax season has started and I would remind you to pick up your mail on a daily basis. You have so much pertinent information in the mail that would be of interest to thieves. Mailboxes continue to be broken into and could possibly increase during this time of year.
We update our memberships on a continual basis – if you know of any members who are not receiving their emails please ask them to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. They may have changed their email address and we have no way of knowing that unless we are contacted.
You will have noticed that one of our recent fan-outs was courtesy of a member. As you would have seen in the fan-out, the member first reported the incident to the RCMP. It is so helpful to have our members email me with the information of any incidents or suspicious activity that they see. Working together and being the eyes and ears of all the communities will make us all safer. It is our purpose to work with the RCMP and this is a great way of doing it.
The following are a number of upcoming events;
Tuesday March 14, is our Annual General Meeting being held 7 p.m. at the Provincial Building in Morinville. Any of our members who are interested are welcome to attend.
